Here is this week's newsletter: February 26, 2010

Just a reminder, when you are in the building to drop off or pick up a preschooler, please come straight down to the preschool. Please do not disrupt any other classes in the building. You must check in at the school office first if you need to stop by another classroom. This way the teacher can be notified beforehand. Thanks!

It sure was great to be back this week after all of the snow craziness! Thank you for working with me through all of the rescheduling of Valentine parties and conferences. I think all of the students had a great time seeing their friends and celebrating this week. Also, thank you for the volunteers who helped out in the room and sent in supplies. We couldn't do it with you!

Progress reports went home this week. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns after reviewing them. I am always willing to meet with you and have a conference.

Thank you to everyone who came to conferences this week. It is always nice sharing stories and talking about the students' progress and experiences.

I'm hoping all of the snow is over with and we can get back to our normal routine next week. Here's the newsletter -

February 19, 2010

St. Francis de Sales is on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, February 17th. There will be no AM Preschool. The PreK will remain the same and start at 12:30.

All conferences that are scheduled before noon tomorrow will be held Friday morning, before and after the Penguins class at their scheduled time. The afternoon conferences will continue as scheduled.

Ash Wednesday

Due to Ash Wednesday, we will not be having any Valentine's Day Celebrations tomorrow. The Penguins will celebrate on Friday and the Polar Bears will celebrate on Thursday, along with the Seals.

Sorry for all of the confusion. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

There will be no preschool tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16th. The Seals' Valentine's Day Celebration will be rescheduled for Thursday, February 18th.

Tomorrow's conferences will also be canceled. These will be rescheduled for Thursday, February 18th. If this does not work for you, please let me know and we can find another time to meet.

St. Francis is closed today, Thursday, February 11th.

The Seals' and Polar Bears' Valentine's Day Celebration will be Tuesday, February 16th. Please let me know if you can no longer volunteer or donate items.

We will still have Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Progress reports will be sent home on Monday and Tuesday.

I hope everyone has enjoyed this snowy week. I look forward to celebrating Valentine's Day next week with your little ones!
